The current Hillwide team has been working for months to get ready for Bernal Heights’ most epic garage sale. Let’s peek behind the curtain and meet our talented crew:
Michael Minson – our fearless leader and marketeer of the Hillwide garage sale experience. He’s lived on the North Slope for 12 years and now calls Anderson St at Eugenia home. When not promoting garage sales, he sells Real Estate in Bernal with the Level Up Group at Keller Williams Realty. After you sell your garage, he can help you sell the rest of your home. Lynn Pearce – our webmaster and internet wrangler. She anchors the South West division of the Hillwide team. When not developing garage sale websites in her spare time, as the COO-To-Go she coaches and mentors small businesses to create better online business strategies and smooth operations. Edie Williams – our splendid cartographer and lead customer advocate (yep, she’s got your back garage covered!), has been around for a while. She co-founded the Andover Street Neighborhood Watch group, is a member of Bernal NERT (are you ready for the Big One?) and, after the Hillwide, hopes to see you at the Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema.
Gina Dacus – wearer of many hats, fundraiser-in-chief, and overseer of all things fun at the neighborhood center. Gina is Executive Director of BHNC, for whom this event benefits, and can be found at facebook.com/bhncjoin or at 515 Cortland.
Jannie Ram – is not only the Office Manager at the BHNC, but also has many hands to make light work for all staff as well. She is a lifelong resident of San Francisco and specifically the Bernal Heights neighborhood. She exhibits her love for her community through her active participation in community events and is a graduate of the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center ROL (Resident Outreach Leader) Program. Jannie is excited to participate in her first Hillwide event and looks forward to many more.
Louis Sanchez – is the Development Coordinator for BHNC and has previously worked as a Service Connector in BHNC’s affordable housing developments. He has ten years of non-profit experience in diverse service fields and is very excited to work on Hillwide.
